“I was tired of seeing my artists work incredibly long and demanding hours, trying to reach realistic goals with little to no support or success. I started Field Work Mgmt as a way to relieve my clients of the burden of running a small business while on the road. The Art suffers when artists are weighed down by the pressure and demands of day to day self-management. I just wanted to help. I quickly learned that whether I was the central point of communication, creating opportunities, coordinating daily schedules, advancing shows, offering tour support, or providing guidance, I was giving my artists their time and sanity back to focus on what they do best. When the art can thrive, the business will follow.”
